  3. Processing of Personal Data
    1. The processing and storage of provided personal data are carried out in data centers where equipment supporting the operation of the Site's services is located. Provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or a separate table in the Site's Database.
  4. Purpose of Personal Data Use
    1. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

    3. If, for any reason, you do not wish for the services outlined in item 6.1 of the Policy to have access to your personal data, you may, at your discretion, log out of your Profile and clear your cookies (through your browser).
  7. Interaction of the Owner with Third Parties Regarding Personal Data
    1. We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by applicable Ukrainian law, at the request of the data subject, or in other cases outlined in this Policy. We understand that personal information is a valuable and intrinsic component of an individual's personal non-property rights, and therefore we take all possible measures to protect your personal information.
    2. Access to your personal data may be granted to our authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of users' personal data, as well as third parties who provide us with services related to the support and administration of the Site, and other services related to the Owner's business activities. Our authorized employees and/or third parties, based on agreements with us, are required to comply with all applicable Ukrainian laws regarding the protection of personal data and its confidentiality.

    3. We have the right to disclose personal data without your consent in cases defined by applicable Ukrainian law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare, and human rights.
    4. If you have provided/lost access to your Profile, you are fully and independently responsible for the actions of any new User when using the Site and/or Site Services from your Profile.
  9. Conditions of Access to Personal Data
    1. The procedure for access to personal data by third parties is determined by the User's consent to the processing of such data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
    2. You have the right to obtain any information about yourself from any entity engaged in activities related to personal data, provided that you specify your last name, first name, patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), and identification document details of the individual submitting the request, except for cases specified by applicable Ukrainian law.
    3. Access to your personal data is provided free of charge. Delayed access to your personal data is not allowed. Delayed access to personal data by third parties is permitted only if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request must not exceed forty-five calendar days.
    4. Notification of the delay must be provided to the third party who made the request in writing, explaining the procedure for appealing such a decision.
    5. Denial of access to personal data is permitted in the manner specified by Ukrainian law if access to such data is prohibited under the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data."
    6. Decisions regarding delays or denials of access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court.
  10. Your Rights as a User (Data Subject)
    As a User (data subject), you have the right to:
    1) know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location of the Owner, or give relevant instructions regarding obtaining this information from authorized persons, except in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data";
    2) receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
    3) access your personal data;
    4) receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except for cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data," a response as to whether your personal data is being processed, and obtain the content of such personal data;
    5) submit a reasoned objection to the Owner against the processing of your personal data;
    6) submit a reasoned request to change or delete your personal data by the Owner if such data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
    7) protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection against the provision of false information that may damage your honor, dignity, or business reputation;
    8) appeal the processing of your personal data to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
    9) apply legal remedies in case of violations of the current Ukrainian legislation on the protection of personal data;
    10) express reservations about the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
    11) revoke consent for the processing of personal data;
    12) know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
    13) be protected from automated decisions that have legal consequences for you.
  11. Cookies
